Greetings:

I recently learned that New Orleans' beloved Allen Toussaint wrote a
musical called "High Rollers Social Aid and Pleasure Club" that ran on
Broadway for 13 performances in 1992 - apparently one of the cast
members was nominated for a Tony for this show. I can't believe this
is the first I'm hearing about this piece - I'm about to go check it
out on IBDB, but I'm wondering if anyone here knows anything about it
or, perchance, even saw it?

Thanks!

Cheers!

Vivian Reed. I saw her in BUBBLING BROWN SUGAR. I didn't see this, but
my friend Andy really liked it.
