I have been burning cdg's from downloaded cdg files. One day they will work
fine on our karaoke machine, the next day songs will be jumpy or wont start.
All our store bought discs work fine. I'm using clone cd to burn the bin
files, I have it set for the slowest read and write speed. but sometimes I
think it is burning too fast. If anyone has had a problem playing burned
cdg's, any suggestions would be helpfull. Thanks in advance.

I agree with the above. Actually, most drive documentation lists
the brand of disks that the drive "knows" how to burn right. Try to get
a listed brand blank media. For my Plextor drive Fuji media works best.

The fact that they work fine one day leads me to believe it could be the
quality of your discs a small expense to get a different brand might give
you the answer. If it is not the quality of the discs try uninstalling clone
cd and reinstalling, i only use clone for ripping an image or a straight
copy and have no problems, for burning bins to disc i use cdrwin and burn at
top speed and have never had a problem.

hope that helps
