I saw some VCD Karaoke but can't find any for D/Load Any IDEAS!!!

You can make your own karaoke VCDs with KarVCD:

http://futalgo.planetaclix.pt/karvcd/index.htm

It has everything you need to create karaoke VCDs
in a single package.
