help for cdg

i just bought a home karaoke system and i was wondering if i could download
for free from internet cdg files that would work and if it was possible to
turn kar files witch wouldn't work i guess to cdg files thank you in advance
for your help

You may try PowerKaraoke from http://www.powerkaraoke.com -- it will convert
your KAR files into CDG songs.

I'm not sure if there is a sight on the internet to download "cdg files".
However, I have a library of music of over 2500 "cdg's" and growing. If you
are interested,
I could e-mail a list to you, pick out the songs you like, and for a small
fee,
I could customize a cd with graphics for you.

I know it could get expensive buying cdg's and all you want is maybe two or
three songs
on the cd when you have to pay sometimes $40.00 for all the songs.
I could make a custom cdg for you, and you have all the songs you need.

To create disks for your machine from CD+G file that you can download
from here, you will need two things.

1. A CD burner capable of burning CD+G format. Most Plextor and
Yamaha burners will do this. If you can get it where you are, I bought
a Verbatim 52x CD burner for $20 after rebate that works great.

2. A program to create and burn the files. Mp3+g Toolz will convert
the CD+G files to BIN files, and Goldenhawk.com makes a program called
CDRWIN that will create the disks from the BIN files.
