You need either MP3+G Toolz or AudioGrabber to convert them. The bin
file is for burning onto CD with a compatible burner, compatible media
and compatible burning software such as CDRwin

IMO, MP3+G Toolz works great for converting one to the other

MP3+G Toolz does not work with Win98SE. Is there another utility that
works with Win98SE?
I would like to get these MP3 and CDG files combined and on a disk so
I can play them on a portable home player.
I have a compatable burner, media & burner software already.
TIA.
